Unfortunately, the feedback from teachers and some students have not been positive. The sports classes have in numerous occasions created a negative image for themselves and made it difficult for lessons to be conducted effectively. With the new scheduling of sports CCAs into Mon, Wed and Fri, remedial lessons can be conducted on Tues and Thurs for the sports athletes.

Hope you understand that it is difficult for us to remove the sports class system when we were the ones supporting it in the first place. We want the best to come from our athletes and feel that it's best for the system to cease.

SOOOO today we had a new coach. She's married but she doesn't want us to call her Mrs, because her husband's surname is Mealy. HAHAHA.

And she lets us drink a lot of water. Yeah so we had to do lunges and backward lunges. Then we did some weird passing thing which wasn't a good use of time because people just spent most of the time queueing up and she kept making us repeat.

Then we played a few games which was pretty messy, because we swapped positions a lot. I PLAYED GD!! Hahaha. Oh yes and Sandra was a shooter! Because Andree, Jaime, you and DONTKNOWWHOELSEDIDNTGO. Haha.

yesterday was char's birthday(:

za came to my house at like 9 in the morning. xP

we were playing uno from like 10+ until 12. and when we got into my dad's car we still continued playing(: heh.

when we reached there char was still taking neos in heeren.
so me and za sat at kfc to play uno. how smart(:

then char came. then nat then jiap. heh.
nat was about to sit then i pulled the chair away.
she fell. *snigger*

we walked around for awhile then sam and joycelyn came.

sam cut her hair. and she was wearing jeans. for once(: it made her look short though.

just came back from suyi's house.
so fun!

lets see.
yesterday.

after training we went to suyi's BIG house.
haha. we swam(: so fun. haha.
i kept throwing joycelyn back into the pool when she was trying to get up. heh.
went out to watch madagascar after that.

hahahaha. me, suyi and sam were singing it in the car on the way to plaza sing. heh.
was so weird!

then after the movie we went to the arcade to play(: haha. DDR. kewwwl.
darn jiap got me hooked onto the stupid ball game. i think i wasted about 8 bucks on it.
bahhhhhhh.

we took neos after that. heh. so weird.
JOYCELYN WAS SMILING! for once.

we took the train/bus home. we're sho smart.

then sam had to go like at 10 plus ):

bout 10 min later xn came!
we started playing the name game. haha.

next day (today)

yummy. the omelette(sp?) had cheese in it xP

oh man. then we decided to experiment with stuff in the kitchen.
we made sausage omelette. and you know what?
it turned out VERY VERY NICE.
oo! and we played with the blender!

we mixed orange juice, lemon juice, apple, green apple and ice and other stuff inside.
its was quite nice. for first timers. ((:

walked joycelyn to the over head bridge.
went back to suyi's house.
and ate cup noodles. (:

joycelyn would have been freaked if she was there.
suyi had piano lessons.

then za went home. and we bathed and continued watching
